All you have to do is hit the up arrow, crawl through that small gap, keep holding right and don't let go, (you can let go of the crawl button though ) fall, and as soon as you hit the ground, press down again. and as soon as you're done crawling, stop holding the crawl button (actually, you can just stop holding the down key when when crawling) and repeat that.
