The majority of this level isn't too bad. There are some challenging jumps, but nothing too special. Probably around a 2 in difficulty.
However, there is that one jump. That one jump where you are between two laser beams, which both go in an angle 2 blocks or so behind the ledge of the platform you are on, where the top laser is too low for you to do a full jump, where the top corner is too low to do a high second jump and where the bottom corner is too high to drop down a lot before doing your second jump. And if by chance (because I assure you, there is only chance involved in that jump) you do make it, you have to do a transscreen jump to the next platform. That you will die the first time you make it past and that you will have to do the bloody jump over again.
That single jump raises the difficulty to 3.5 and lowers the score to 6.3. Well, that and the fact those lasers are actually a low wider than they appear to be.

I could give advice, but I don't feel this was a serious attempt at a level anyway. Just don't use that annoying jump anymore and you should do fine.

So i assume that you did get to the first checkpoint. so how do you get there? you simply jump? cuz i never managed to even get close to that edge, and you can't climb walls, so...

i beat the level. some of the jumps there are quite insane in my opinion, and it both lowers the rate and the opposite. it adds because it's very hard to make such a level - putting in right there so that it's very hard yet possible. it lowers the rating because, well, some were too hard. tens of tries to get that jump between the two lasers right; and that one before it - those were two hard jumps - not as hard as the two lasers, but there was no checkpoint btween them, so that was quite frustrating too.

it was a very small level, and it had few, hard traps; i think long, not-hard levels should be better.
