uh...I'm not sure...if you just start it, without placing anything, you win...

too much red herring for this game, i think XD I tried to make my level half full of them, but i had hard time checking for cheats. well there was one way to cheat, but here, well, you need to cheat to not win ;\

ok so here's my theory.
we go from the end to the start. since we cannot destroy anything except for in the thrd row, the only energy supply available is the wheel, meaning we must spin it using the water. so we need to get electricity to that wire. since the space above the water is surrounded by blocks, we can't use it to get it there, so electricity must come from the light. since IT is too, surrounded, light must come from below, which has to be powered with steam, from the kettle, which gets it from the light thingie. it cannot get light from above, since all the light we can provide is either stuck, or goes in a straight line to the left or right. so we can get elec there from the left, or the wheel. the wheel is not possible cuz it gets destroyed and there is no way to delay it or get it working faster, and the two left places are surrounded by blocks, therefore useless. so HOW can it be done?!

what i DID manage to think out is that you can use the laser at the right and reciever to its left, then use a propellor to make  electricity in the two sets of wires right from the start. of course. both are useless...

so if this is soluble, without any lag or something that makes 'just click' the solution, this will get a high rating from me.

sometimes the game glitches up while you're playing the level. Like some tiles may not reset correctly at the end of each try. So I always reload the level every once in a while

as long as it doesn't depend on the same glitch we were just talking about. That's not even a cool glitch, it's just cheating. Like swimming through terrain in HATPC.

Hey now, swimming through terrain is cool. From what I gather, this would be more like if restarting didn't reset your treasure count.

yuggy, that is correct. the whole idea of self-powering circuit is awsome in this game - i usd it too in ECL(has anyone solved it yet,, btw? i don't remember).

also, I support this; but the glitch makes you able to remove the block completely, but not move the mirror. at least, not without having the magnet in your way.

sorry for double posting, im on my la[ptop and it's very annoying to do stuff =\

Very nice level I do like the idea of a self powering circuit however it was not very hard to figure out. Still a very nice level though.

Good
4/5 — Hard
I figured it out. -_-

Yeah, I marked you down because, even though it's a clever idea, I don't think it really counts as a "good puzzle." To me, it's simply testing whether or not we know how to break the game engine, not how to use it. Either way, though, the complexity of the level left me scratching my head for a while, so good job for that!
