Since not rating this level seems to be the trend, the pictures are working for me.

7.9/10
Good
Nice mansion.  Very well-built, but I don't like the roofs, they look a little weird.  The interior is also a little unusual; I don't like the oak wood stairs at the foot of the beds.  Also I would avoid putting benches and large tables in bedrooms.  Speaking of large tables, I would not use pressure plates for tables larger than 1 by 1, slabs or carpets would look better in my opinion.  Also the storage room is strange.  Overall a good mansion, with a few weird parts.

P.S. I can see the pictures.

This level was intended to be posted as an April Fool's shenanigan, that's why there are some 'strange' rooms and furniture in the house.

EDIT: If you are using Windows XP then the pictures probably won't show up. I checked on my XP computer and they didn't load for me then.

EDIT EDIT: Actually, it might be Firefox, if any of you are using it.

EDIT II: Mymop, could give some recommendations on what I could do on my next build to improve aesthetics? Saying, "[the roofs] look a little weird" is not especially helpful. Also, slabs look quite bulky on top of fences as tabletops, and the wool texture of carpets is not something I want to use for a table. (Not sure I've ever seen a fuzzy table in real life) I used pressure plates on purpose to avoid those things. As for the so-called benches, those are just couches. I can't use any colors other than shades of brown, white, or gray because stairs in Minecraft were meant to be used as stairs, not seats. And making 1x2 couches requires me to use signs as armrests, which can limit space next to the couch. Item frames fix that by not having a hitbox, but the drawback is that they don't look all that good on couches in residential buildings. If I'm using quartz then the plain brown texture seriously contrasts with it- something I generally want to avoid for couches.

I liked it because I thought it looked different from what I usually see when someone uploads a MC house. You call it strange, I call it ambiance.

This is very nice and neat. The house-building fashion seems popular, this one is colorful and it looks like you've invested much in the details. the actual commentary you gave us for every photo made it feel very cozy.

Why novelty?

Thanks, I put more effort than usual on the interior. I think the color helps the mood and makes the house more likable.

IDK why this was changed to a novelty level.

The red/green clay is a bit unconventional, but overall this looks pretty cool, with a pretty well done interior as well. I'd give it a 9.3/10 if I could rate it
