so about the deleted Youtube videos thing, are you safe if you give them credit? maybe you guys can reupload them with added credit in the description and maybe the video too

but my vids are still safe, and they give credit.

at least the vids will exist. I'm not sure about the quality, though. I've seen lots of high-quality videos there.

None of mine were deleted. so why should i care about moving to veoh

i dun understand your suggestion. google it?..the file isn't free for all, is it? i don't have them cuz i have formatted my computer since and all videos/caves got deleted, so..

just goolge how to get files from youtube to your computer. i know there's a way to do it, but i just forget

I learned about copyright in my Graphic Design class. technically, by uploading a video with copyrighted music, that's the same thing as uploading that song. and since we do not hold the rights to the song, we cannot download or upload that song without permission or payment. technically, we're all eligible for some crazy fines.

Of course, if you use only 10% of the song in your video, that could be fair use.

if you get a veoh account and upload there, videos will still get removed do to copyright claims. I just uploaded a video and that happened

then we should all start using songs that are already in the public domain. anyone up for some Mozart?
