Yes... well maybe because one picture is a Wii, and the wii is a right-handed thing so Midna's mask is covering her left eye, but in the Gamecube her right eye is covered because the Gamecube is mirrored to the left, have you noticed??

Other way around. Gamecube is the original version which was ported to the Wii and flipped there. Comparing the map design to the map of OoT and LttP and looking at the stars confirms this.

Yeah, Nintendo did that in the first game... or was it the first game and the second?

It was in the instruction manual of the first.
I would've said Gannon-banned, but I doubt anyone here would understand.

I would.

that hudson river thing was crazy. Anyone notice how it happened on the same day that Bush gave his farewell speech? That's either a good or bad sign depending on how you look at it.

well, I'm just saying that some people would try to come up with deeper meanings for such coincidences, and that this would be a perfect time to say something bad about Bush. but then I realized that the whole event was either positive or negative depending on how you looked at it.

speaking of Bush, I heard a news anchorman claim that Bush is one of the most unpopular presidents of all time. I wonder if that's actually true, or if there have been worse presidents...

Bush is truly hated and for a reason. It's kind of a bad thing when he says that one of the things he's proud of is that no terrorist attacks has happened since 9/11...which occured when he was a president.

"It's a good thing only one terrorist attack happened to me...us I mean! Us!"

One? Why not zero? Why not it's 'zero terrorist attacks'?

There's a difference between worse and least popular. He could be argued as the worst, but there's still some strong arguements for other presidents.

However, he's probably the least popular president in US history.

Not to mention he started 2 wars and is the sole reason of the financial crisis.
I can't compare him to any other president. The only other president I've experienced in my consious memory was Clinton. But appearantly he is the worst president since the thirties or something.

Absolutely not thirties. That was the time of the 'New Deal'. Maybe the twenties.

here's something to think about:
if there were only five people in a party, you could say that there were anywhere between 3 and 7 people at the party. but wouldn't you also be legally correct if you said that there were anywhere between 1 and 1,000 people at the party? technically, you wouldn't be lying.

It would be correct in anyway you look at it, just not precise. Legally, they'd know that you were giving a crappy estimate anyway with such an ambiguous range.

Something else to think about:
Why is a space automatically added before BBCode and smilies?

I asked Haily tons of times where I might be able to fix that myself, but he either doesn't know, or he doesn't want to tell me for some reason.

so if you call the cops telling them that there are between 1-1,000 people trying to beat you up, what should they do?

I was thinking that just as Quirvy's post loaded. I was all, "Whoa!"

But yeah, that would be hard to take seriously, and police get a lot of prank calls all the time, so they'd probably hang up anyway since it's doubtful you'd be calling them while someone's beating you up. =p
