so uh, the question was
well, then let's take ABC, and rotate it around C in 60 degrees. so point B will me 'moved' to where point A was, and point A will move to A', and point P will move to P'. now, let's look at the triangle PP'A. PA is obviously PA. P'P is a part of the equilateral triangle PP'C, and therefore PC=PP'. PB is equal to P'A, cuz that's its couple from the rotation. so, PP'A is the triangle made of sides equal to PA,PB, and PC.

now, one might think that it works for all Ps. but it doesn't!...what happens if P'PA isn't a triangle? what happens if these three are on the same line?...well, in that case, the angle CPP' is 60 degrees cuz CPP' is equilateral, and thus angle APC is 120. angle B is 60 degrees as well, so angles B+APC=180, and therefore ABCP can be circled, and therefore BP=AP+CP.

so the answer is, the whole plane without the circle that goes through A B and C, is the locus.
