Actually, I am very surprised De Jong didn't get send off. He deserved it. But on the other hand, Iniesta and Puyon also deserved to get send off, Xavi too if Webb was consistant and Heitinga didn't deserve either yellow card.

Depends on Costa Rica, really. If Italy beats Costa Rica with one goal difference, as is the Italian way, then England needs to win with more than two goals difference against Costa Rica. Possible, but not certain in the least.
