Late reply, but I recorded one of his attempts, it has A LOT of lag (because I think I corrupted HyperCam2 XD), but it still works!

How about an award called "Recruiter"? To get this award, you have to get at least 5 of your friends (you don't have to know them in real life) to join the Interguild.

This award might not be the best idea because no one really knows if your friend actually knows you, but it's worth a try.

I don't have much of a say, but I don't really like this one:

1. There are obvious exceptions, but if someone joins the site solely because they're friends with a current member, they probably won't stay very long, or they'll just be a troll. Why award somebody for recruiting if none of the recruits stay.
2. Easy way to get award: Tell 5 of your friends to make accounts, and post that you sent them. No further steps needed.
3. Some people don't have 5 friends (you know who you are...).

Wait, Billy and Jack come on sometimes too though, but they're brothers, and they don't come on nearly as much as Milan, so that would be 1. I asked another friend to join, but he says he "doesn't have internet" at home... I go to his house a lot and he always has internet. Oh wells

maybe not 5 friends but 5 people generally. 5 friends is highly unlikely that anyone will ever get, lol. but now that Jazz and Soccerboy mention it, referrals *are* possible. I also think I got sup here, and I'm not counting dansh lol.

anyway, my point is that I agree to such an award if the amount of members is reduced, and we talk about referrals, and not friends.

No, Chezerony has one on Restoring Hatena (where he put the "You have one post to..." game on), and it works.

Works as in "recruits members".
