You are getting a lot better.  But I think I can help you with the slowness of it.  You use hypercam, right? Well, just set the capture rate of frames to 4, and playback to 32. Then when you start the track, as fast as you can, press the "M" key, which will make the whole thing go in slo-mo. No lag.      | |

I do 10 playback 14 mabye I should do 10 playback 16 or 17. | |

Just record the track in slow motion, and set the capture rate to 4, and the playback rate to 32. Why? Because when you play it in slo-mo, there is no lag. | |
