What?

In the past, it was possible to turn your cave into an error message. If you would try to play it, instead of getting loaded it would display an error message with your cave's code as the actual message itself.

How?

Simply by starting your cave's name with "error;". Anything behind the semicolon would be part of the message.
Unfortunatly, with the Uploader Glitch it has become impossible to include semicolons in your cave's title. Leaving this sweet glitch a mere memory in our head.

When?

This will automatically happen when loading a cave that has a title starting with "error;"

Why?

For the lulz. This glitch has no practical uses. In fact, it leaves your entire cave unplayable. But having "error; you are stupid" show up when your cave is being loaded is funny enough to do it.

Where?

CSD's error; You are stupid, the namegiver of this glitch. This is the most famous "error;" cave.

Unfortunatly, you can't play this anymore, nor can you create your own. This is because the uploader doesn't accept semicolons anymore.

Who?

CSD was the person that discovered this and he was the only person to make a known cave with this glitch.

Pirate_level_load.php (this is the page that our HATPC CaveList uses when displaying Cave Texts) says "error:Requested user map does not exist" when you enter a username that does not have a cave uploaded. When you try to load that in-game, it just says "Requested user map does not exist". CSD noticed this and that is how he discovered this glitch.

Any cave that calls Quirvy stupid deserves its own article.

lol, wouldn't think you'd write an article for that. I never thought about the fact that this glitch is unavailable nowadays. also, interguild.org/hatpc/mapgen.php?level=508

lol.

This, and every glitch should eventually get it's own article. This was the next glitch in the list I didn't want to postpone.

And we should write an article on how to use the url censors.

Lol.

Anyway, pirate_level_load.php says "error:Requested user map does not exist" (or something like that) when you supply a username that does not have a cave uploaded. When you try to load that in-game, it just says "Requested user map does not exist". Something about this about probably be included in the article, to explain why this trick is possible, or maybe how I discovered it.

didn't you discover it with the cave grabber? trying to grab a cave that doesn't exist?

I don't think the cave-grabber (would have been Risen Realm's at the time) is really what tipped me off. Seeing the error; thing on the actual page on the Neopets Page, www.neopets.com/games/cavemaker/pirate_level_load.php is what make me really notice it.

Except your permission doesn't mean a thing, as it is my article.
I'll add that bit.

I'm sure that if csd edited the article and didn't tell you, you won't notice. but anyways - this isn't *your* article, this is everybody's. at least, it's supposed to be, and since we agree that this piece of info should be there, it doesn't matter who adds it.

so i see you edited it in. good =] anything else to add to this, or can we move to the next article?

I added a link in that section, and plugged the cavelist in the process?

Lol, you realize you just asked how to do something in the comments of an article about how to do just that? From the article: "Simply by starting your cave's name with 'error;'." Of course, you can't use semicolons anymore, so the trick is no longer possible. At least I made a video of it, though, right!
