Don't use tree trunks for mushrooms, unless you have bigger top and many tree trunks. If you make a very large tree trunk, it is not good to end it with a small top. Don't mix different land tiles, like snow + forest. Same with different land tiles, different colors for trees shouldn't be mixed. Don't make pipes all mixed up, just make them normal. Try to use more snowy fences also, grass doesn't grow in snow! Just follow some of these things and you may end up with an amazing level!

Maybe you should look at the smf levels that get very high rates to see what really deserves a 9+

I know this is a really good level, but not much out there deserves 9.4. If your just 100% nice to people and say how amazing their levels are; it'll make them feel great but prevent them from ever properly improving. The only thing i've ever seen you do on the interguild is say how amazing nebnebbens levels are and then you both give each other +1 karma.
