Description: This project was inspired by when, a few months ago, I was reading on Wikipedia about the Landkreuzer P. 1000 Ratte, a gigantic tank which was (luckily for us) never built. The tank was to be armed with two naval artillery guns in a modified battleship turret, a powerful anti-tank gun, many anti-aircraft guns, and some small-caliber cannons. It was also planned for it to have a vehicle bay with two motorcycles for scouting. It would have had up to 41 crew members. I was amazed by this, and so I decided to build something like it in Minecraft. I originally built it in singleplayer with two guns; however, atvelonis and I agreed that with two guns it looked like a walrus, so I added a third.
Pictures:
Spoiler:
Don't worry about this. All members of the Interguild have permission to look around.
So here's a picture of the bunker with the tank inside, and you can see the massive size of the vehicle.
Another picture, which demonstrates the monstrous height of the tank.
A view showing the back of the main turret and the smaller turrets to the rear of the tank.
A view from just behind the tank, with a good view of the rear turrets.
The vehicle bay. It's large enough to hold a light armored car, with some extra space left over.
The hallway on the lower floor. At the end of the hall is the door to the vehicle bay.
The armory. Unfortunately there's not much space for weapons; I could only fit six bows and six swords.
The driving station. There's a driver and an assistant driver, who takes control if the main driver is incapacitated in some way.
The engine room. As you can see, the mechanics have a lot of space to work. There are also two ladders which lead to the roof, one of which is visible in this picture.
The control station for the rear turrets. Past the door is the control station for the main turret.
One drawback of this vehicle is that it has only one bathroom.
A view of the tank from a balcony inside the bunker.
Directly above the balcony is this room.
Directly above the computer room is what I call the bunker complex; this is one of the halls. There is another ladder directly to the bunker complex from the floor the tank is on.
Another hallway in the bunker complex. The first one is around the corner on the right.
The armory in the bunker complex. Note the mountain camoflauge suits.
The bunker complex even has a little prison cell.
The entire place is pretty inconspicuous from some angles. This is the mountain in which the bunker is built.
And yes, there is another bathroom in the bunker. I was just too lazy to post a picture of it.

In case you're wondering why there's so little space around the tank, I could barely fit a space that large inside the mountain; I actually had to do a little bit of terraforming on part of the mountain to conceal the wall.

I know, but in the spirit of the build and all couldn't you put sticks there or something to represent guns? What modern military of this caliber uses swords?

As a kid I always thought tennisballs looked delicious and I liked biting them. I still remember the feel of the fuzz on my teeth and tongue.

I think a bow is more like a gun than a stick. At least bows shoot. And on my helicopters and ships I have working dispensers, which can be used as machine guns.
