Implement autorefresh for the chatbox, that is literally the only reason to use IRC and it would be much better if it loaded a message that someone typed immediately instead of when you refresh the page again or click that little button (but I never use it).

I was going to post a Minecraft level today, but I can't because of the 2500 character limit. I just have a whole lot of screenshots, I even shortened them a bit. Could the max character limit for levels be removed, or at least increased to a more reasonable limit, like 10 thousand?

You could just put the other images in the comments

If you have that many images, just create an Imgur album and link.

Okay, this is dumb. I shortened the description to a point where it was under 2500 characters, and then attempted to upload the level. It came up with the same page saying that it was over 2500 characters. If you aren't going to extend the character limit, at least fix that bug. Hideously annoying.

Don't you know that ladders take up two tiles-- I mean um.... best deal with it in the mean time? That doesn't sound like something regular staff can fix, and I'm not sure if this issue has surfaced before? I have a tendency to write small novels in my level descriptions and I never have ran into this problem. Either split your word description between the level description and a reply on the level, or do likewise with your images. If you're holding off uploading it because of this, you may have to get comfortable.

if there's a < > " ^ or & that might take two letters. try to make it 2400 letters, I assume that'll work, put the rest in a post right after.

I was writing a long lecture about how A Feast for Crows was really f****** good, and I accidentally clicked an advertisement at the bottom if the page. Ironically, I was going to select the whole piece and copy it in case that exact scenario happened. Anyway, I lost a good hour of typing, which could have better educated Game of Thrones fans about A Feast for Crows. This is not the first time this has happened to me. If I click an advertisement at the bottom of a page, chances are it was an accident and I just lost a lot of work.

This is so annoying. Something really has to be done about it. Perhaps whenever you click a link with anything typed into the "Post" box at the bottom of the screen, it should do what the IRC does and ask if you "really want to navigate away from the page". If you haven't typed anything and click a link, it wouldn't show up, but if what's happened to me happens to you then you don't have to lose a ton of typing for no reason. Alternatively, the "Post" box where you write out posts could just be moved up a little, so that it would be less likely for you to accidentally click on an advertisement below.

I don't seem to have this problem. I can type stuff into the post writing box, click to another page whether it be on the site or an ad, press backspace and I'll come back to the page, with all that I typed still in the box. Are you using Chrome? Adblock? Anything?

EDIT: Just read your chatbox posts (the pattern of users that posted made it look like the same posts as before at first). If I'm not the only one who can do this with Chrome, then it is almost definitely some setting you have un/activated I would believe. Maybe try messing around with them or Google your issue?

Proposition: an ignore feature. If you really don't like a certain user, you can ignore him/her and their posts and topics won't appear in the Recent Posts thing anymore.

Are there enough users on the Interguild to warrant that?

The site should really put in a function that resizes any images/reformats any text that stretches out the page, so they're fitted into the page without stretching it (if that makes any sense).

I support this very much, I don't think this has been addressed so here's a mod approval lol
