I see. In that case, that sentence should have the italicization part edited out.

Sometimes when I'm on the Interguild via mobile device, the Recent Posts and Comments links are not there, but instead replaced with "This page cannot be viewed via this proxy" or something like that. It only happens occasionally, like once a week or so, and I can get rid of it by refreshing the page, but it's a little weird and annoying so if it's a bug it should be fixed.

I always assumed it meant you needed multiple permissions to access that page, because it's THAT top secret. And, Chrome doesn't underline it, so it's technically not a typo.

The same thing happened to me for a little while, except the recent posts was gone too (with the exception of the More Topics button). Though I didn't investigate past the front page. It's all normal now. | | Jorster |

Okay, not sure if all of you have noticed/been affected lately, but either the Interguild or Youtube is screwing up on url BBcode. I know it's at least been happening to me since early April, observe

Test
The first one is with the "http://", the second is without.
Take a look at a link heavy topic like What Are You Listening To Right Now and see that either way of the above used to work fine. I feel like I don't have this problem all the time, but I can't think of anything I've done to prevent this from happening. Anyone else have this problem? Is it the Interguild's, Youtube's, or my computer's fault?
Quote this post or other posts with links to see what I'm talking about.

It actually works!
Gotta remember that. The www. needs to be removed, but the http:// has to stay. That is stupid.

The real problem is it being http s://. If you quote this post and look at the two separate links below, you'll see that the one with the http:// works fine, as opposed to https://. Meaning that just remove the S and you'll be fine for any link.

It's a funny thing, I never encountered that problem, but that is because when you copy chrome's address it removes the www by itself! magic.

Not really a bug per se, but the blog guides from that HATPC Manual that was being worked on sometime (like this one) are riddled with links leading to 404 pages. And I believe some of the articles linked to don't exist anyway. | | Yaya |

Now that I've uploaded more old levels after the 403 forbidden stuff has been removed, there is definitely something up with the Custom Date button on the Level Upload page. You can edit one in after you successfully upload it, but putting in any date earlier than June 8 2014 (2014-06-08) gives you the error
You have already posted within the last 15 seconds, please try again later.
I obviously haven't been able to try every date, but I hopped around a bunch of years and months trying to find a line where things worked and didn't, and June 8th 2014 seems to be the cut off point. Take it away, Bmwsu

The problem has been fixed, as well as the glitch where levels with old dates show up in the most recent posts. As in, a level, even if it had the date of 1776, it will now still show up as the most recent thread in the most recent threads/posts box.
As well, the reason that that date gave you the error is because it was related to the poster's last posted level, meaning that the date was different for everybody. And you can thank Pleasure Master Coder for his infinite wisdom and his unwavering guidance, for without him I would not have made it.

Is the GO button looking like this for anyone else on the site? I noticed this only recently, I don't think it's been like that the whole time. For me it's like that in Chrome and IE, but it works in Safari. Anyone?
Also when I briefly turned off Adblock to see if that had anything to do with it, I got an ad about beekeeping, lol

It appears to be a problem with the rendering that the browser does. Out of Safari, IE, Chrome, FF, and Opera, I found that it displayed correctly in all but IE and Chrome. It's really just a matter of poor webpage design.

The size of the display definitely matters - On my dads smaller laptop, it's a problem on firefox, but on the comouter with the bigger screen it works fine on firefox

Strangely, it's started happening to me now, even though the search bar has been perfectly fine previously, and I've been using Chrome the whole time. | | Bmwsu |

I noticed a couple days ago that the font on the IG seemed to have changed, but in a slight way. I may just be paranoid, but I think that Chrome may have changed their defaults for fonts, if that's what the IG uses.

As did I.
Also allow me to debunk Yimmy's theory, my widescreen screen has the same problem with the Go button. | | |
