If the idea catches on, I think we should host a thread named The Wiki Project, in which we will discuss what will be written over there. History, goals, etc. Neopets mentioning, and stuff. we might also be removed completely, by the way, by some old wikiped thinking we're not worthy enough..

we need just one, on the real wikipedia. I didn't mean making a wiki for the interguild, I meant writing an article ABOUT the interguild in the real wikipedia.

Since I made that Interguild wiki, I think we should at least try it again. First write an article on all the games, perhaps?

an interguild wiki is sort of like the manual, but much larger. it's too huge to be done imo. the hatpc part is not even close to being done - we still have tons of glitches to write about. I only wanted to get some more publication by writing wikipedia for it..

Oh, you mean an Interguild Wikipedia page. Why don't you say so? An Interguild Wiki would be that thing Marz had made before.

I think that Wiki is an abbreviation for Wikipedia and that the two terms are interchangeable. I also think that everybody who read your post made the same mistake I did and that you should have said Wikipedia page or Wikipedia article.

I also think the page will be deleted within an hour.

about the deletion, well, it might happen. but surely enough, if we build the whole page and then when we put it up, it'll be a large page, built in a wikipedia-way(contents, sub-topics and sub-sub, pictures and coherent talks, references, external link(s), etc) it might seem legit, and not be deleted, or at least have a discussion about whether it should be there or not. Then, of course, we will all be able to support the idea of keeping it, as different members and stuff, and it could work. It's like forcing ourselves into wikipedia. we should make this topic viewable only by members...

We don't belong on Wikipedia, lol. Do not waste the time of others by creating that page.

We tried Hannahpedia before and it didn't really work out. If you want to do that type of thing, why can't we use our existing blog system?

To most outsiders we probably wouldn't be put much farther above a Neopets guild w/ an offsite branch. Oodles of those, and none of them have wikis/Wikipedias. We're not gaining streetcred for now, not even when Aeon comes out. It has to get legitimately popular, and then we might might might might miiiggghhhttt be able to get a page about Aeon, not even the actual site. And like CSD essentially said, what's the point of a wiki if it has 38 pages?

Wikipedia has lots and lots of pages with very very stttttttttttttttupid and uninteresting info. for example, there is a list of people who died in an unusual way before christ. seriously, stupid stuff. there's this article about a man who fought in a battle, and stabbed an elephant from below, and died when the elephant(clearly) fell on him and crushed him to death. there will always be someone who is interested in these stuff; and I'm pretty sure that guy would not interest most wikipeds who ramble over the site. I think it's not enough that one person thinks it should be taken off. In my opinion, we can give it a shot.
