EDIT: I thought something was missing.  I forgot the RAM.  I didn't buy it online, so it wasn't in my purchase history, and I can't find the box for it.  All I know is that it's some generic Kingstone 2x4GB sticks.

Pretty much what he said, but with a GTX 770.

Completely empty, standard Ubuntu background and a Gnome 3.0 shell with a few adjustments to the toolbar. By putting my mouse in the top-left corner I access this screen:



Here I can easily select any of the programs I currently have opened, switch workspace, search for installed applications or quickly open programs like Firefox or Thunderbird.
