Ok the thing about this was that there was actually a pattern behind those names as hard as it might be to believe. Perhaps the most important part to know is that all the letters towards the end with a dot below them were silent. The ones at the front were organized to make it sound as close as possible to the actual username and the different accents represented slightly different sounds. The silent letters were just arranged at the end to make the whole word an anagram of Neezles, and they were placed in the order that the letters are in in Neezles itself. It was pretty crazy.
