How did you get stuck in it? Did you jump sideways or up?

I jumped/leaped/did a virtual physical action resulting in gaining altitude. toward the steel dynamites. (left and right)

I think it should be a new glitch. Normally hannah will get stuck in a crate with a platform underneath it, but in your instance, there's no platform underneath the solid crate. I don't think a ladder beside the metal crate can do that, but apparently it did.

Going through solid objects using ladders. Older than McCain. It's that exact same as skipping corners through ladders or going through a single layer of terrain with ladders. Duck and after that press up to get out again.

I just duck-jumped against a wall of steel dynamite crates. It wasn't in the corner, and it wasn't in an empty block. And there was also no way to get out.
