Yes, the grammar is seriously wrong. (You spelled grammar wrongly, BTW)
Instead of "I just released the recent uploader glitch has lasted 2 years", you could change it to
"I had just released the recent uploader glitch, which has lasted for 2 years", if that's what you mean

Thanks Dando, I really had no idea what that sentence was meant to be. Now I am not flummoxed any more.

Blimey, it's easy to get karma these days...
I'm doubtful that telling TNT about it will make much difference - I think it took hundreds of those little report things to fix the previous glitch and even then, we weren't sure if it was our input that did it. TNT are utterly useless at communicating with its members, many of whom are kids who just want their favourite games to be fixed. Come on, TNT, there's people DYING out there... To play HATPC. | | jazz |

Hmm. TNT replied to one of my emails. It said something about 'this is not our highest priority'. | | FlashMarsh |

Notice the word 'username'? This is suspicious...
Yeah, I think it won't be fixed, at least now Nickleodeon own it... | | Cedric |

Ok. In March Jazz said that we should wait a month and see what happens. Now it's May, it's been two months, and the uploader glitch STILL hasn't been fixed. I have a suspicious feeling that there's a hacker somewhere along the yellow brick road... | | Livio |

Well, I'm going to go out on a limb here, and say that it was one of several automated messages that neopets will send out to somebody when they have read an error report, and have declared it to be an actual glitch, which has been placed way down on a list of priorities.
Maybe that new dress up game was their way of saying, "Sorry, but we really don't care"

Do you still care about fixing the uploader glitch? I don't know, but I know that the glitched uploader has been with us longer than the normal one, and I still don't give up. We have fiddler and so on and that's totally too late, but what happens wrong if something actually happens?
I was once bored on that Sunday (lol I did homework on Saturday o.o) and I found out a ticket system they have on Neopets, so I decided to use it. You send an issue (type selected within a list), there are several boxes you have to fill in (what are the error messages? how can we replicate this bug? what is actually wrong?) and "a friendly staff member" is going to reply.......that actually happened.
I know we haven't got luck with the last bug reports like that, but what about this one? Some parts of it even sound positive, but mostly I feel it's just the same "we don't care". But at least they saw it, so repent that you haven't got a system like this during the 2007 uploader glitch ;d | | Darvince |

It looks like a standard message. Just continue to use Fiddler.

Ehh, I see you are here not too long but if you'd feel the atmosphere from the old times... ;( And you know that half of members don't want to download fiddler and half of the rest is too lazy to play fiddler levels, b/c it's easier to just write an username.
I try, and try, and try... because there must be some way for it to fix it, and I won't give up even though there was already a chance of 1/1000000000 for fixing it in 2010. Nothing's impossible IMO, you wanna fly? Go to the space. You wanna fly on Earth? Take some paragliders and there ya' go! You wanna fly without any paragliders? Make NASA make some other object affect the Earth gravitation so it lets you fly. (yeah, but still possible, even though chances are comparable to our uploader problem) But let's make an analysis.
Quote: we can always find your ticket (or others with the same issue) if we have more information to share.
No problem, if I find an account of mine without "teo" in it or someone does it too.
Quote: We have read your ticket and have categorized it internally based on the specific issue
They have remembered it and cathegorized it.
Quote: we are able to distribute and prioritize the issue you have reported
They are able to take some care for the problem.
Quote: Unfortunately we will not be able to give you an exact date of when this problem may be fixed
No, this just broke all my hopes... -.- ...but
Quote: Issues that impact the whole site will be fixed for everyone at the same time
And this has made me the most. Since they cathegorized and remembered it, maybe they are waiting for more issues and then they fix it all "at the same time" as written? I don't know if I see it correctly but that's still a good thing I guess. Unless they are lying, but there's no too big chance for it I hope. And if it's a standard message, then I'm going to write a message reporting a bug competely different and I may see if they respond the same/similar way. | | soccerboy13542 |

I'm experienced in the ways of Neopets. That is an automated response; nothing will happen.
