But BBC is a pretty good English news site. I get my news from Dutch sources, but I still recommend BBC.

Sorry that I sounded so harsh. I was just very surprised because they don't seem like a legitimate news source to me - My prejudice says that they take the headline news from ABC, CSN, BBC, Fox News and the like and rephrase them. I think one should try to get as close to the source as possible when reading news.

Well, you see I am put in a logical conundrum. You informed me once that vikings didn't have pointy, this essentially makes them pirates with mutton, which loses to eye patches and peg legs in the pirate spectrum. Yeah, pirates.... (my heart says vikings, though)

AC/DC definitely, tons of their songs sound the same. Others that come to mind are John Melloncamp, U2 and Job For A Cowboy.

Look, where I live, Job For A Cowboy is THE death metal band. I personally don't like death metal to start off with, but these guys are just almost a "scene" act. Note, I don't think you will enjoy them, lol.

I agree with you. After ...And Justice For All, they become pure **** and some of the stuff in their 1st 4 albums is still merely okay. I would've put them in my post honestly, but I forgot about them.

I actually do have a question for all Americans. In all these highschool tv shows there is always an egg-baby episode. For some class the students are grouped up into pairs and each pair is given an egg to take care of as if it were a baby and you will be graded depending on if your egg survives or something. This sounds absolutely ridiculous to me. How is preventing an egg from falling supposed to help you later in life?
So my question is, do you Americans actually do this egg-baby thing or is that just from the media?
