So with jebby posting about his youtube channel, I figured that I'd post about what I've been up to recently.

This semester I'm taking this course called "Business Intelligence: Web and Social Media Analytics". One of the many things that we have to do for the class is to maintain a blog and post things that at least in some way connect to what we're talking about in class. So to get myself motivated to keep this blog, I basically just post about videogames.

It's pretty fun so far, and I'm thinking of keeping the blog after the course is over. Plus, I hear keeping a blog is a great thing to do if you're trying to get a job in the game industry. So some feedback would be great.

Thanks, guys. And you know, you can subscribe to the blog... And since I'm thinking of turning this into a real blog, it'd help to get more subscribers and people commenting. Plus, if you do have any comments, it'd be cool to keep them all in one place (on the blog) rather than on the interguild.

So far I only have 2 subscribers: one is a classmate who probably subscribed to everyone's blogs, and the other is someone who saw me post about it on the Extra Credits Facebook page.

I need to have at least one post per week, and I usually post on Thursdays because that's when I have the most time, so you could just check every Friday. But I might just end up posting about it here too, if anyone wants.

I dunno how to subscribe to your posts, so it'd be much better if you posted here each time you made a post.

Right now you can get a google account and "Follow" the blog, but I guess you'd still have to come and check.

Hold on, I think I just found a way to add email subscriptions through Feedburner. I'll try setting it up now.

Actually I have to leave for class in like 10 minutes. And I'm thinking that I should probably change my blog URL now while I still have little traffic. Changing it later, which would affect the subscription thing, would be a nightmare. I think what I have to do is get a new blog, move all the posts over, and get the old one to redirect to the new one.

But that also means that I need to come up with a better blog name.

I stink at coming up with names. What do you guys think of "More Than Games" I did a google search and no one seems to be using that name for anything important.

I've been working on this post all week for the Interguild's 5th birthday and I'm glad I could've at least gotten some of it out before the birthday ended (Interguild Time).

The main reason for the two-part split wasn't because of time, though, it was for length.

This was very nice livio. In fact, after reading it all I watched the guess the cave video, and i enjoyed it greatly. I actually knew most caves now! I remember how at the start I could recognize, MAYBE one. and where you wrote, 'oh the nostalgia', I smiled widely, and said, damn right. we deserve a round of applause for holding so much time together lol.
