A display of the average rating from all of your caves would be neat, but I don't think it needs a separate karma-style voting thing since that's what the normal scores are for.

Both of Levels & Videos have descriptions, which are a lot like posts, and therefore should be ratable. And News is like one big description, and why not encourage the mods to make good news posts? Articles might as well have it just to cover everything.

I think articles could use a feature to rate it's helpfulness, though. Like a, "Did you find this article helpful?" Yes/No button.
