The Neopets backgrounds don't work, even. To really have a background, click the image and then save the image and then go to where-ever you change your bg with and change it to the Neopets image you saved. | |||||||

Do you have that Ctrl Panel thing in the Your Computer section? Click that, and use the Classic version (there's a link somewhere) and then click display. You change your bgs with that. | |||||||
