Every turn, you can add provinces to your nation by taking them using resources. Each neutral (white) province costs 5 resources each. You begin with 5 resources each turn, and any additional ones you have from your production. For sea zones, fill in the white circle. You may only claim zones that are touching your nation. Save your images in .png.
During a round, everyone must take their turn by posting a map. Each round lasts 5 days, and it does not matter what order you take your turn in. When the round is up, all people that did not take their turns are declared 'inactive'. | You can declare war on other nations. When you are at war, you can claim the zones of your enemy, but they cost 10 resources to claim instead of 5. The war will start the next turn. You may only claim the other person's zones that you are declaring war on the next round. Also, when at war, neutral territories still have the lower cost of 5 resources for normal zones and 25 resources for capitals. You can end war by declaring peace, which will go into effect immediately. If you exterminate another player's nation completely, you will gain 50% of their stored resources.
Non-players can rebel from a nation if no more neutral territory is left, taking 10%, or 8, of their zones, whichever is lesser, from their territory, but you are automatically at war with that player. | You can form pacts with other nations, which means they cannot attack you and you may send each other resources through trade.
When you trade, you can send up to 50 resources from your saved resources that were left unspent in your turn. When you leave resources in your turn unspent, they go into a bank of saved resources. You can spend these resources in your turn, or send them away to your allies. They collect over time, and are part of your resources that you can spend. | There are capital provinces distributed throughout the map that are roughly in the locale of real life Europe's capitals. The special capital provinces produce 5 resources per turn, and you can get an additional bonus of 1 resource per turn from all of that country's provinces if you own the whole nation. If one of your capitals is stolen, you will lose up to 30 of your saved resources, and the production bonus will cancel.
Victory

Can someone clarify the meaning of "owned nation zones"? I thought they were any zones in the nation of your initial zone. e.g. if you started in the UK like I did, then all UK zones would output 2 for you. | | Darvince |

Owned nation zones are like, if I owned the other 3 zones of Romania, then that would be a nation that I owned.

How did I gain 11 resources over the last turn? I was definitely on 4 last turn and suddenly I was on 15 at the start of this turn.

I'm not blocking your way, Yaya but please let me in Quirvy and don't block me from going that space. Can you please respond to my request? I think if you block me, I will conquer the lower part of my nation and fight for a land with Yaya so I'm going the other way. This is a disadvantage for me and Yaya.

Since you said please: I'll let you get the territories you desire so long as you don't grab any territories bordering me directly west. You can have the territory bordering me which touches the Mediterranean (the one between me and darvince), but any others that are presently bordering me you are not to take in this next turn

Why yes, I am secretly charging my doomsday device which I will unleash upon East Europe and wipe out nearly all the players at once.
But seriously, I noticed that I am currently at 13 resources and I will produce 12 next turn. So next turn I will have 25 resources and be able to claim Reykjavik. That gives me a capital, which produces 5 resources each turn, as well as completing the Iceland nation, which will give me an additional 3 resources. That gives me a production of 8 additional resources for the cost of 25, while if I claim two nations now and three nations next turn it will give me only 5 resources production for 25 resources. It will cost effectively cost me 2 resources next turn, but I will make up for it with a profit the turns after that.

5 base + 3 land zones + 4 sea zones = 12 resources per turn
Next turn I will capture Reykjavik, a capital which will also complete Iceland for me. So then I will get:
5 base + 3 land + 4 sea + 5*1 capital + 3 Iceland zones = 20 resources per turn

Shouldn't I have 25 resources instead of 26? I had 13 resources last turn, I made 12 resources this turn. 13+12=25. Or am I missing some hidden rule here?
It doesn't matter for this turn, but it could later on in the game.
I captured Reykjavik, which should complete Iceland.
